Where to Find Froakie in Pokémon GO
The GO Beyond update that arrived in Pokémon Go at the start of December added Pokémon from the Kalos region to Pokémon GO for the first time in the game's history. As a starter from that region, Froakie was one of the many Pokémon to arrive in that wave. It's also one of seven Pokémon that will appear in increased numbers until 10 p.m. local time on Dec. 8.
Froakie can be hatched from 5 kilometer eggs. It can also be found in water habitats such as lakes and beaches, as it is Water-Type Pokémon. Rain will increase the odds of Froakie spawning.
