What level does Cubone evolve?

Cubone will evolve at level 28. Players do not need to trade their Cubone in order to evolve into Marowak. 

In Pokémon Let's Go, players will have a chance at finding a Cubone in the Pokémon Tower located in Lavender Town. It has a 10 percent spawn rate at the Pokémon Tower. Players can also catch ghost Pokémon, like Gastly and Haunter, in the same place​ using the Silph Scope. 

Cubone also can be caught in the Rock Tunnel in Route 10, though it has a spawn rate of nine percent in the Rock Tunnel.
