I've had T-mobile Samsungs since the Galaxy s5, coming from the Blackberry world, and yes this is a first.
My initial thought it was a marketing deal, but I wasn't sure. I didn't click on the notification as I was afraid that I'd see the words 'Download Started'. ( Big Chicken 
) That large arrow on the right side of the notification made me nervous. So I came here to the best Android forum in the world for help.
