Shiny Entei Pokemon GO requires a lot of luck to catch one. July 14 will be your chance to catch Entei, as part of the Pokemon GO Global Challenge reward week.

Your hard work helped unlock the ability to battle the Legendary Pokémon Entei in raids on July 14 at 4 p.m. local time. If you’re lucky, you may even encounter a Shiny Entei!
Shiny Entei Pokemon GO: How to Catch it
On July 14, from 4-7 p.m. in your local time, all gyms will feature the special Entei raid. If you're super lucky, you may encounter a Shiny Entei. Entei's Shiny color scheme is just slightly different than its normal palette. Although, the red crest on its face will be blue instead of red, and its fur will be a more subdued brown. The Shiny Entei will also have a sparkle effect to help differentiate it from the normal variety.
There isn't a confirmed rate for a Shiny encounter, as it seems different for each Pokemon. The best way to get Shiny Entei is to just grind the Raid battle.
Entei is a pure Fire type, so be sure to bring your strongest Water, Ground, and Rock type Pokemon to this boss raid.
