Resident Evil 3 Hospital SafeCode is one of the three safes you can find in the game for upgrades. Cracking the safe will get you the dual magazine for assault rifles.

Resident Evil 3 Hospital Safe Code
The safe is located in the second floor Nurses' Station. You get to the hospital early in the game, but you'll need to get some items later on to actually get to the code. You'll also need to be playing as Carlos to find it.
The code is in the first floor Operating Room, on a sheet titled "Lost Items" on the cabinet with wheels near the operating table. To get in to the Operating Room, you'll need the ID card and Locker Key.
The code for the safe is 9 right and 3 left. Get in and claim your dual magazine.
The dual magazine doubles your assault rifle's ammo, giving you 64 shots.
