Splash art for the upcoming Program LeBlanc and Program Nami skins arrived on the Public Beta Environment on Wednesday in the latest League of Legends Patch 8.22 PBE update. Also included in the update were balance changes for Akali, Maokai, Pyke, and Control Wards.

The Program skins depict League of Legends champions as cybernetically enhanced or as robots with advanced artificial intelligence. LeBlanc and Nami are the two champions that recently receive skins in that style. Check out the splash art below.

Wednesday's update also brought mixed balance changes to Akali, raising the cooldown on her Twilight Shroud (W) from 17/15.5/14/12.5/11 seconds to 21/18.5/16/13.5/11 and changing the damage on her Perfect Execution (R) from 100/150/200 to 85/150/215.

Maokai had his Sapling Toss (E)'s percent of target's maximum health as damage changed from 6/6.5/7/7.5/8 percent to 7/7.25/7.5/7.75/8. Pyke had his Ghostwater Dive (W) movement speed changed from 30 percent plus two percent per point of Lethality to 40 percent plus 1.5 percent per point of Lethality.

The final balance change targeted Control Wards, which can now be carried at a maximum of two at once instead of three. This change reflects plans outlined in Wednesday's Quick Gameplay Thoughts by lead gameplay designer Andrei "Meddler" van Roon.

The previous League of Legends Patch 8.22 PBE update targeted LeBlanc, Trundle, and Viktor for balance changes Tuesday.
