Palm Beach Outlets in West Palm Beach is in the hands of new owners.
New England Development, headquartered in Massachusetts, and New York-based Clarion Partners bought Palm Beach Outlets from Palm Beach Mall Holdings LLC, an ownership entity composed of New England Development, Eastern Real Estate and Lubert- Adler.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
New England Development says it will continue to lead all development, leasing and management activities for the shopping center. The 460,000-square-foot outlet mall opened in early 2014 and has more than 100 stores, including Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th, Nike Factory Store and Vera Bradley Outlet.
Marketplace at the Outlets, a 300,000 square foot regional center adjacent to the Outlets, is not part of the deal. The marketplace site houses about 20 retailers, such as Whole Foods Market and Nordstrom Rack.
Palm Beach Outlets is at 1751 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd.
