Another guilt-free option has sprung up.
“My wife and I are building a house in the Bay Colony/Landings area and wanted a restaurant that served good-tasting, healthy food, juices and smoothies,” says Jeffrey Davis, co-owner with wife, Kezia, and partner, Zorik Vayzman, who owned Juice & Java in Boca Raton. “We offer a diverse menu that caters to people who are looking for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, as well as some organic, natural options.”
Standouts on the infinite menu include avocado flatbread ($7.95), roasted cashew-kale flatbread ($11.95), grilled avocado with pita and pico de gallo ($7.95), Thai tofu tower ($7.95), kale trail salad ($10.95), tuna salad platter ($10.95), turkey burger spinach wrap ($9.95) and tuna grain bowl ($10.95). Juices and smoothies range from $5.50 to $11.95.
An eye-popping green apple colors the walls with matching chairs, reflective of fresh vegetables, amid wraparound windows. Grab-and-go cooling cases expedite a stop. Sidewalk seating is covered.
