Jaffa Israeli Kitchen and Wine Bar, Hallandale Beach
Hate cauliflower? Not if chef Yaniv Cohen can help it: The most-popular dish at his test kitchen inside the MIA Market food hall in Miami’s Design District is his turmeric-roasted cauliflower, drizzled with tahini and spiced with za’atar and fresh herbs. That dish is on the menu at Jaffa’s second location in the Atlantic Village plaza, as will a hummus bar, deconstructed baba ghanoush and other meze drawn from Cohen’s family recipes. 801 N.
