Mortegore Scroll in Shadowlands is needed to summon the elite mob. With many players looking for as many rare enemies that battle throughout each of the four zones in the new expansion, players are now turning their eyes towards the Adventure of Revendreth. However, in order to summon Lord Mortegore himself, you'll need to find Mortegore's Scroll.

The best place to look for the scroll is in Revendreth specifically Death's End. There you will find Madraxxi Defectors to the east of the Darkhaven flight path. These Defectors themselves have a low drop rate. So do not expect to find it after killing one or two. You should expect to go through about 20+ before you are able to loot Mortegore's scroll from their body.

Mortegore Scroll Shadowlands: How to Summon Mortegore

The specific location on the path is located at 74.6, 63.0. Once you have looted the scroll you'll have to find the Mortegore Sigils that are around the area. Use the scroll to light the Sigils, and when lit, they will all begin to glow green. This summons Lord Mortegore, and as expected, he will have a large amount of health, so it's best to have your party ready to go before you light the Sigils.

Alas. unlike other elite mobs in Revendreth, Mortegore does not drop a mount or pet.
