Harris was accused in 2013, of sexually assaulting a teenage girl back in 2009, when she was only 15 years old. He was arrested and faced a lengthy trial for months but he was cleared of the charges. That was not the end of his legal battles, between 2005 and 2012 Harris was accused of trafficking cocaine and heroin worth $2.5 million.
He was convicted of drug trafficking on December 1, 2015, and was sentenced to eight years of prison term. Harris turned himself into FCI Allenwood Federal Prison in Pennsylvania on January 19, 2016. He attempted to reduce the sentence citing that he played merely a minor role in the drug trafficking group.
Harris’s lawyer also claimed that before his sentence was announced, he did community work up to four times a week, going to youth organizations to dissuade teenagers from committing crimes. However, the prosecutors argued that even though he was not the main culprit, his sentence was proportionate to the crimes he committed.

Mendeecees was sentenced to 8 to 10 years in prison after he was charged with transporting narcotics within New York State. He has spent the last four years behind bars due to drug charges and he was released on January 29, 2020, and he is now a free man!
