CORAL SPRINGS – A fondue restaurant that burned to the ground 16 months ago will again serve melted cheese.
The Coral Springs franchise of The Melting Pot national restaurant chain first opened its doors a decade ago.
A fire that the state fire marshal said was set by an arsonist, forced the eatery to close. It reopens tonight.
The new restaurant, at 10374 W. Sample Rd., was rebuilt on the ashes of the old.
