Jim Brandstatter is an American sports announcer presently serving for Michigan football TV in Michigan, United States as a host of Inside. He is the founder of Inc. and is hired and contacted for public event hosting,  speaking engagements, voice-overs, and local commercials. Also, Brandstatter for the Michigan Wolverines football team as the radio play-by-play.

Additionally, in Glynco, Georgia, his father later became the Head of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. His older brother is Art Brandstatter, Jr. and he played defensive end for the Spartans from 1959 to 1961.

He is a married man to his pretty wife Robbie Timmons who is a former TV personality from 1982 to 2010 on WXYZ-T. His wife became the first woman to anchor in America for WILX-TV the evening news. The duo met in 1975 while anchoring TV newscasts together at WILX-TV. The couple now resides together in Michigan.

Additionally,  in 1980 while at WDIV, He became the host of Michigan Replay. In that position, Jim held a weekly half-hour discussion, interviews, and highlights program about Michigan Wolverines football. Notably, interviews, He remains the original host of interviews and the show has grown from being seen only available nationwide on cable and satellite in Southeastern Michigan.
