The process of how to get Redeemed Souls in WoW: Shadowlands is relatively easy as long as players are willing to put in the work.

Along the way, they are made to choose one of four Covenants to pledge their allegiance to and work toward achieving its goal. Redeemed Souls in WoW: Shadowlands

Redeemed Souls are one of the three new forms of currency in WoW: Shadowlands--with the others being Renown and Anima. Specifically, Redeemed Souls are used to upgrade a player's Covenant's Sanctum. They tend to go hand-in-hand with Renown as the latter is used to upgrade how many Redeemed Souls a player can turn in per week.

The only way to get Redeemed Souls is by taking on a weekly run through The Maw in order to collect and save Lost Souls. Essentially, they'll need to find the Stone Prisons and attack them to release Lost Souls that can be brought back to the Covenant and turned into Redeemed Souls.

Players can only turn in five Redeemed Souls at the start. As time goes on, however, they should be able to use their renown to upgrade the Sanctum's Soulkeeper, which will allow them to carry and turn in more.
