Eugene Carl Kotelman, 36, allegedly sped past a Largo police cruiser in his truck after midnight, police said, reports the Tampa Bay Times in St. Petersburg.
Cops then detected a little monkey business going on inside the truck: Riding along with Kotelman was a “small monkey,” according to cops.
Largo police say Kotelman has been arrested before for multiple DUIs.
Could be he has a ‘chimp’ on his shoulder.
