Destiny 2 Season 14 Release Date: When is it?

When is the Destiny 2 season 14 release date? Bungie recently dropped a Destiny 2 update for Season 13, or Season of the Chosen, that wrapped up all the story missions for Chosen. For the rest of the season, players still have the Guardian Games, and maybe some secrets Bungie is hiding up its sleeve, to look forward to. Aside from that, however, it seems that the season will start to wind down, and begin the set-up for Season 14.

So, when is Season 14 coming out?

Season 14 is expected to come out the same day Season 13 ends: May 9. If it's anything like Season of the Chosen, Bungie will likely reveal information about the new season and drop its roadmap around a week or two before its release. As expected, the season will come out on a Tuesday weekly reset, and servers will likely get shut down for a couple hours as Bungie updates the game.

As of now, many details about Season 14 are unknown, with even the title being kept hidden. However, we do know two important things. One, the first raid in the Destiny franchise, Vault of Glass, is coming back in a reprised version for the new season. The second is that Ada-1, from Season of the Forge, is coming back as the transmogrification vendor in the game. Because of these two things, many players are eagerly waiting for Season 14.

Season 14 will, as per usual, cost $10 to get the full experience, although some content will be free.
