Danielle was hired as a weekend news editor at WBTV immediately after graduating from the University. She made her first on-camera appearance in 2007 when she took over for Kricket Morton on “Sports Saturday Night.” Danielle and Delano Little also co-hosted “The Point After with D&D.”
She co-hosted The ACC Blizz, an ACC Network program and half-time show, with coach Tommy Bowden in 2011. She also contributed to NASCAR and ACC Football at ESPN 730, a Charlotte-based radio station. She was reassigned as the station’s co-host in 2012, and she provided live coverage of the NASCAR Sprint Awards Ceremony in Las Vegas that year.
