An Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza restaurant is now open at 855 S. Federal Highway in Boca Raton.
The new restaurant is the second one in Boca Raton for the restaurant chain with posts throughout South Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New York and Delaware.
Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza serves traditional and specialty pies such as the Eggplant Marino (named after NFL Hall of Fame player Dan Marino, a restaurant partner) — thinly sliced eggplant layered with fresh tomato sauce and topped with grated Romano cheese and fresh basil.
Salads, wings, sandwiches and Italian soul food are also served at Anthony’s.
