Seasons come and go in League of Legends, and with every season, comes a new cycle of changes. Here are some of the retired items that we would totally use in this season!
5. Runic Bulwark
Runic Bulwark was one of the four auras that could also boost minions, and an amazing tank/support item. It was later combined with Locket of the Iron Solari, but the armor portion of the aura was removed.
Currently, Locket of the Iron Solari now grants a shield instead of bonus stats.
4. Sword of the Occult
The way I remember Sword of the Occult is every single Draven bought it, first or second item. This is just one of the "Snowball Sister Items" alongside Mejai's Soulstealer and Leviathan.
A fully stacked Sword of the Occult provided the highest amount of raw attack damage of any item in the game!
3. Leviathan
Per stack, your champion will gain 32 health, receiving two stacks for a kill and one stack for an assist. You were able to stack 20 times and you would lose a third of your stacks if you died. At 20 stacks your champion will take 15 percent less damage.
This item is also among the three "Snowball Sister Items."
2. Deathfire Grasp
This item was absolutely terrifying on the right champions.
Deathfire Grasp dealt 15 percent of an enemy champions maximum health in magic damage. It also applies the debuff, Doom, which amplifies all magic damage that champion takes by 20 percent for four seconds.
1. Will of the Ancients
With Will of the Ancients, you were able to heal instantaneously for 15 percent of raw damage dealt (included physical, magical, and true). Area of effect abilites only healed for five percent for every unit affected.
Will of the Ancients was often seen with a Spirit Visage since it could boost the healing effects!
